Nice staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast!
Overall stay was great! The staff was friendly, made check-in easy, and you can tell the hotel is well-maintained upon pulling-in. Our room was across a beautiful temple, so the view was nice. The room was large, bright, clean, and was decorated nicely. The location is pretty much the center of the city. Breakfast was really good! I was surprised by how much I enjoyed it. The thai basil spaghetti noodles and lemongrass juice were unique and I couldn't get enough of. Regarding minor qualms, the shower water never got as warm as I prefer and the mattress was a bit firm. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff
Lovely hotel, staff very friendly, arranged bike hire and it was dropped off at hotel. Arranged return taxi to the airport. Good selection to choose from at breakfast. Large and clean rooms.

A great hotel
This is a great hotel, well situated in the centre of town, meaning all the markets are in easy walking distance and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. It’s also well situated for travelling to all the other sites you might want to visit, such as the many temples. We hired a car for our stay so can’t comment on any day trips or providers. Driving around the city was easy. Staff at the hotel were super friendly and helpful, even when it was busy. Breakfast was good and there was a good choice. I saw one review that complained about things running out - yes they do, but that’s only because they cook fresh in smaller batches, which means you nearly always get fresh hot food. Sometimes you might have to wait a few minutes for things to be replenished, but I’d much rather that than have food that had been sat out in a heating tray for hours. In fact my only slight grumble is that the mattress was a bit firm for me, but you get that in most hotels in Thailand. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a decent hotel in Chiang Rai.
