Sima Hotel Kuta Lombok
"Great in any area!"
Sikara Lombok Hotel
"What an amazing property … we will be referring Sikara to everyone at home. See you again on our next trip to Lombok."
The Konkret Lombok
"The villa is part of a group of villas. It's extremely well located in Kuta town. Still quiet location of the main strip of busy restaurants. Minutes to the beach. We used the mini pool everyday, multiple times as it was a great way to cool off. Great designed property architecture wise and the interior design is very well thought through. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious and would recommend."
Origin Lombok
"Hotel Origin was a really great place to stay.We had a couple rooms overlooking the pool which was lovely. The room was spacious and included the shower and toilet.Breakfast is included with a variety of pastries, toast, pancakes,French toast as well as eggs of your choice will be cooked for you.Indonesian food is also available for breakfast such as chicken and rice etc The staff are delightful, so friendly and very accommodating. We would often stop and chat with them during the day .The only negative was after our rooms were cleaned they smelt of body odour which tended to linger ."
Novotel Lombok Resort and Villas
"This was our 2nd stay at this property and we enjoyed it both times. The property is well maintained, the staff is very helpful and the food was excellent. We will definitely return."
Batatu Resort - Adults Only
"The staff always make you feel very welcome, and everything is extremely well organized, with easy and efficient communication via WhatsApp. The property is actually much better than it looks in the photos. The road leading there still has quite a lot of construction, but as soon as you step inside, it feels like a little paradise. It’s peaceful and quiet, with no traffic noise, and you can’t hear the mosques. The food is also amazing if you order from their menu — everything we tried was really good and it was very convenient to be able to enjoy it directly at the property. The only downside for me was the private pool. Unfortunately, the sun never reached it during my stay, so the water was very cold and I wasn’t really able to use it. The location is great: just a few minutes from Kuta, so you’re close to everything and the area is well served, while still being far enough away from the noise and busy atmosphere. Their transfer, driver and tour services are also excellent and very reasonably priced, which makes organizing everything very easy. Overall, great quality for the price and a very pleasant stay. Definitely recommended!"
Somewhere Lombok
"Somewhere was the perfect four night stay at the end of our honeymoon. It’s quite boutique, so peaceful and the panoramic setting is quite unique and special. The architecture, fit and finish is well considered and everything felt curated to perfection. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and the whole experience felt personal. The curated menu offers just the right variety, as well as being some of the best food we’ve experienced in Indonesia. Compliments to the chef, particularly for the beef rendang, lobster special, vegetable fritters and the tuna open sandwich. The small bar area is a great place to hang out and the cocktails and craft beers are excellent. The head barman, ‘Rakka’ was great and became a friendly face during our stay. The location is over a secluded bay about 15 minutes from the centre of Kuta. The hotel offers a regular shuttle and sorted a scooter rental for us, which was added to the bill. We’re sad to be leaving, but hope to be back. I can see this place becoming a home from home."

4 tips for savvy savings when booking a hotel in Kuta
- Book for the cheapest times: For a budget-friendly adventure, consider visiting Kuta during February, March, or November when hotel costs may drop to lower prices. This coastal destination offers great value for money with its rich landmarks, history, and cultural attractions. You can explore the beach, enjoy surfing and fishing, stroll through small towns, and take in stunning sunsets, among other experiences. For a comprehensive visit, plan to stay for at least 3 to 4 days to fully immerse yourself in the area's charm and heritage.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To uncover last-minute deals to Kuta, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals section on Hotels.com, where you may discover discounted rates on hotels as your travel date approaches. Consider enabling email alerts or push notifications from Hotels.com to stay informed about special promotions and flash sales, ensuring you’re more likely to catch opportunities to save. Additionally, utilise Smart Shopping within the app, a handy comparison tool that helps you compare hotel prices and amenities, so you'll be the first to know if prices drop or rooms become available for your last-minute getaway.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices can vary due to factors including the hotel's location, star rating, and season, so being flexible with your dates may help you save on your stay at a Kuta hotel. For those seeking a distinct experience, boutique hotels provide a more personalised service and may offer better value. When you book with Hotels.com, we will inform you if the price for your chosen dates is higher or lower than average, and if it appears to be on the higher side, we may suggest alternative dates that could help you find a more attractive deal.
- Consider your location: Hotels situated near the city centre generally tend to be pricier, but thanks to Kuta's excellent public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel located further afield that remains well-connected. For those keen to explore alternative, less crowded neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often great value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
