Hotel muito pouco a melhorar, atendimento muito bom ,funcionários sempre gentil, petiscos muito bom restaurante principal com muita variedade de comidas, drinks maravilhosos parabéns .quarto grande hotel bem cuidado. Cama boa lençol limpo e cheirosos Toalhas da praia muito cheirosas. Aérea da piscina muito limpa ,músicas muita boa de ouvir. Achei o check in chato só pode entrar as 14 :00 A Pessoa viaja por horas e tem que esperar e um absurdo , precisa rever isso, de tanto reclamar deixaram eu entrar um pouco mais cedo para almoçar . Achei um absurdo as tacas de acrílico que e servida espumante na aérea da piscina e uma vergonha não cabe nem 70ml, Nao combinar com o hotel, o espumante servido da marca deles e horrível ,rio sol e melhor, os vinhos branco e tinto são ruim de péssima qualidade , não gostei das comidas do restaurante tematico, vir Tb que os vídeos que os influênciadores posta são diferentes da realidade, não pode levar balde com bebidas para o quarto então pq eles posta vídeos dizendo que pode, vir vídeos mostrando crepe suíço no café da manhã não tinha isso, perguntei falaram a máquina tava estragada, nem tudo que a página do Instagram posta e verdade creio eles fazem um vídeos para marketing digital, o café da manhã e bem fraco coisas com muito chantily nada de bolos regionais, achei aquelas Suqueira não combinou com o hotel, por ser um hotel pequeno umas jarras com suco ficaria melhor,sentir falta de xícaras branca com Pires no café da manhã.

Hotel com muito potencial, mas com poucas coisas para ajustar. Colocar mais bicicletas para os hóspedes, e bicicletas mais novas, fazer um SPA urgente, melhorar sinal de Wi-Fi e colocar um pacote de televisão melhor, canais muito ruins. Equipe super prestativa, limpeza ótima, comida uma delícia!! A praia é absurdamente bonita, água cristalina, super quente, sem nenhuma onda e praticamente privada, pois não tem gente nem perto. Adorei, quero voltar daqui a uns anos para ver o hotel melhorado que vai ser excelente.

Hotel excelente, gastronomia impecável, atendimento cordial e prestativo. Com certeza valeu muito a pena! Só senti falta de mais opções de atividades para adultos, principalmente à noite. A adição de um salão de jogos (com sinuca, ping pong, etc) seria muito bem vinda, bem como música ao vivo no bar de noite. São apenas sugestões, mas o hotel todo está de parabéns pelo serviço!

Tudo bom, cafe da manha bom, almoco e janta eh o mesmo cardapio sempre, tem jantares tematicos com agendamento, tem poucas espreguicadeiras na piscina ( fato negativo), na praia idem pouca cadeira e guarda sol ( tem 4 ) diz q eh por causa do lugar ser preservacao ambiental. Cama de casal para quem curte dormir agrarrado haha eh pequena. A praia eh top, enfim um bom lugar all para familias. No geral valeu a pena.

Ainda muito novo, mas excelente!

O hotel é maravilhoso, calmo, muito novinho e super limpo. O serviço ainda está em treinamento, mas nota-se uma super boa vontade por parte do staff. As opções de comida são muito boas, e estão em fase de aprimoramento, tendendo a ficar ainda melhor. Amamos nossa estada e já reservamos novamente.
