There is no way this is a 5 star hotel. I will say the staff are exceptionally kind and the service is wonderful. The food at the onsite restaurants is pretty good as well. They do have a stunning rooftop bar/restaurant, which is also a plus. So why a low rating? First, keep in mind that you will be paying almost 1k per night. During the first night of our stay, the minibar light kept randomly turning on during the night. There was no way to turn it off except to turn on ALL the room lights and then turn them off, only for it to randomly come back on. Second, on our last night, there was a HUGE stink bug on the bed. Third, there is NO functioning pool. I have a spinal injury and the whole reason I even considered staying here was to have a pool available - the pool is decorative only and in the middle of the restaurant! Fourth, there is zero storage. There is 1 tiny closet with shelves, each which were taken up by non functional things, and absolutely no bathroom counter space. In sum, two of the three nights were awful. I understand the minibar is out of their control, but the other issues are preventable and the pool advertisement seemed very deceptive. I’m happy to pay for luxury, but this was absolutely not worth it at all. I was so disappointed and heartbroken because I had really looked forward to staying here. 10/10 do not recommend staying; but definitely recommend visiting the rooftop.

This was a beautiful hotel. The only problems were the connecting rooms my children shared had no air and the night crew never answered the phone for room service.

Don’t come if you have kids or toddlers. The hotel rooms design and materials are dangerous for kids. Lots of rocks and steel corners all around. A genius designer hired by the hotel decided to heat the steel structure holding the bathroom sink so children burn their hands. He also made sure to have little area for the countertop so the area is tiny and pretty much useless for someone wanting to put his items in the bathroom. I don’t want to talk about other stuff. It is enough for today.

A great 5 star experience.

Adrian at the front desk gave 5 star service/attention to detail. His help made the start of our trip amazing. He made sure to provide us with enough information to fully maximize our enjoyable time at the hotel. Our only issue, though a minor one, was our service in the jardin. It took about 40 minutes to get one round of drinks.

Service needs to improve

The check-in process was terrible. We did not get our rooms until way after the 3pm check-in . We booked two rooms, one was ready at 4:15pm and the other 6:30pm. The hotel staff was not accommodating and then when I actually got to the last room it was not the category I paid for. They then proceeded to act like it was when indeed it was not! It was a much smaller room. The hotel is beautiful and the area is great but the service was worst experience I've ever had in Paris. The dining experience was horrible as well. The servers at breakfast got my entire family's order wrong every-single-day! It wasn't just our orders we observed several table complaining about the same thing. Nothing was done to rectify the situation even though we a re Hilton Gold Members.
