Refurb in progress
Hotel is being refurbished. No restaurant available Rooms are good size Bed was comfy. Bathroom has been recently updated so was excellent. Value for money

Sourbridge !!!
Outdated room could do with a complete refresh , shower was disgusting with mold on tiles and on grout along with mold on the shower door runner , radiator hanging off the wall , holes in bed linen, really dont think the rooms have been thought out properly and trying to get in the entrance door was like playing a game in the crystal maze !!! Only reason we ended up staying was because it was within walking distance of the venue we was attending other than that if you get the chance to stay in a premier inn do it ! Would not recommend this hotel it is a shitehole !!!

Needs heating
Room was ok apart from being freezing cold. When I mentioned it to the receptionist at check out she said I could have asked for an extra heater or blanket. I replied how about a proper heating system. A storage heater on a wall isn’t going to warm up a room. The only decent thing that was warm was the shower.

Another reminder why a £50 rooms cost £50 My room was freezing when I got to it, musty smell and a saturated carpet- had to keep shoes on not to get sodden- never again.

POTENTIAL TO BE BETTER
HAD A BIG REFERB SO ROOMS ARE IN GOOD CONDITION, THAT SAID MY WINDOW WOULD NOT CLOSE AND IT WAS VERY COLD EVEN WITH A SMALL HEATER ON. VERY NOISEY FAMILY ABOVE MY ROOM, NO FOOD SEVED AT THE MOMENT DUE TO KITCHEN RE-FERB, NO SKY TV AS ADVERTISED. YOU NEEN TO BE IN THE CAR PARK EARLEY DUE TO A LOT OF CONTRACTOR'S VANS BEEN PARKED, IT ALSO CATERS FOR WEFARE FAMLIYS.
