BEAUTIFUL
Gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms, lovely pool area and pool bar. Staff are so helpful especially Rooddy!! Views are breathtaking, on the beach and close to Phang Nga Bay which must not be missed. Excellent breakfast, lunch is good but dinner is very disappointing. We ate in both restaurants, the grill was good but the staff were unable to understand our request for a simple grilled pepper which was a little bit frustrating. The other restaurant has a very odd menu and it was just impossible to get anything changed, for example I asked for prawns instead of chicken in a curry and I was told no so the result was poor food (prawn cakes were huge and tasteless) and poor service. We waited over 30 minutes for drinks at the bar and in general the service was very slow. The staff don't really understand much English and they don't really have any customer service skills. We went to the restaurant at the top of the lane which was absolutely fantastic! We went into the village but most shops/bars/restaurants have closed due to Covid. Beautiful island and a beautiful hotel.

Relaxing with great view and island feel
Fantastic view from main pool area and restaurant. Great with the big family sized sun beds for keeping little one between us to play and enjoy the view. Good food in restaurant although a bit expensive. Rented scooter from place just outside resort to see more of the island - highly recommended. Nice to be able to go on tours from beach just in front of hotel.

We LOVED this place. We stayed at a few different places while traveling Thailand but this one was a favorite. The staff were personable and friendly. Took care of all the details for us. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was also just a unique location and so beautiful all around us. We loved it and I highly recommend it!

You will stay in a spacious stand alone villa that has a large outer deck. Couldn’t improve on this. Breakfast buffet is plentiful with fresh fruits, vegetables and breads all served in a fresh air restaurant overlooking the infinity pool and sea. Hard to tear myself away from that. Pool and area is great with adequate shade and lots of chairs and loungers. Some daily cleaning on the cushions would be a good idea. The beach looks beautiful and is great for long walks without any crowds at all. Unfortunately it is not great for swimming since the slope is very gradual and you have to walk about half a kilometre to get into waist deep water. Also water is quite murky because of this. But the string is beautiful and the resort is great for a relaxing vacation away from the tourist hordes
