The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on vacation and surely don’t want to bring back home with them. It’s was obvious that these are known issues in the apartment due to the raid can under the sink and the mouse poison set out in the kitchen. These are things that you should let your guests know before they make the decision to stay…especially when it’s a known issues.
