Room was so much in disarray and unidentified stains all over the sofa, I had to call and request a room change. They did however change me into a studio from a two bedroom. I am supposed to be getting 2/3 of my pay back, but that has yet to be seen. Every month and weekend there seems to be a festival (loud music) in Mactan Cebu; the bass is so loud it rattles the windows in the condo. I checked out early at 10 pm because this festival on 21 Feb 2026. It was still going at 10:45 pm and slotted to keep going until after 1 am. I’ll never be returning to Mactan Cebu in the near future. Over crowding, long lines, no infrastructure, rat and roach infestation, and the condo at both are in great need of renovations that will never happen. And then the constant bothering of MegaWorld staff trying to pawn these ran down condos off to stupid tourist ignorant to condo real estate. It is gross the amount of branding the MegaWorld has in this town; I’m not going to support anymore billionaires and their schemes; it feels like something is very wrong in this place from when I was here 8 years ago. I will give a two star only because they changed my room.
