Very good place to be, good price/benefit, staff very friendly, the issue is the communication that they send too much messages, and it is hard to read, you want to get in and go insight, but, in the end the make the best effort to accommodate and they really are friendly.

The apartments are not decorated at all, very bare, not cozy. Kitchen is poorly equipped, no coffee machine. Check in process is tedious Communication prior to arrival was non existent creating unnecessary anxiety. Beds are comfortable Shower pressure is good but the water leaks outside and gets the floor all wet. Only one bath towel per person. No hand towels provided. No hair conditioner.

Mejorar la comunicación previa

Todo muy bien como reserva. Sin embargo, no me llegó ningún mensaje después de reservar por parte de la propiedad. El teléfono de contacto NO aparece en la página. Tuve que localizarlos por internet. Una vez que conseguí su número, me confirmaron que la reserva estaba bien hecha. En las instrucciones que me dieron para la llegada, no se indicaba que tenía que llamar al número de apartamento desde la calle. Fue la guardiana del inmueble quien me lo dijo. Deberían mejorar ese punto de comunicación previa.
