Great room in perfect city location
We arrived later than expected due to the delay of our flight, but we managed get in quite quickly with Giacomo's help. He was very helpful in taking time to provide us detailed info about the place, the area and the room was as described on the website. Room is located in a really safe and convenient part of the Naples city center. We enjoyed taking the classic building elevator (it used to run on coins, believe it or not) and room was clean and very comfortable. Room is spacious and on top floor with great street view. If we do return to Naples one day we will not hesitate to return to this place again.

A Nightmare Stay in Naples – Avoid This Property!
Our experience at this property was nothing short of a disaster. From the moment we arrived, everything went wrong.
First, the property was extremely difficult to locate. There were no clear signs at the front of the building, making it nearly impossible to find the suites. The hosts should provide better instructions on Expedia or send a message with directions.
After finally locating the building, we rang the doorbell—but no one answered. We were fortunate that an Italian woman, who had recently stayed there, happened to be outside. Despite her limited English, she informed us that we needed to call the owner and even gave us the phone number. I called via WhatsApp, but the owner hung up. She later called back, claiming she had no record of our reservation. I sent her a screenshot of the confirmation, after which she asked which suite I had booked. I reminded her that we had reserved the Panoramic View suite, specifically choosing this property for its promised balcony and view.
She then said she had never received the confirmation but would be there in 10 minutes. We waited on the street with our luggage for 20 minutes before she finally arrived. Instead of immediately letting us in, she went inside first, then eventually returned to allow us entry. She gave us a Deluxe Room—which had no balcony and only a small window. When I pointed out that this was not the suite we had booked, she initially denied that they even had

Ficamos hospedados 1 noite, gostamos muito da localização, perto de restaurantes e bares, e também para visitar a cidade, quarto novo, confortável e silencioso, não é um hotel, são suites. Então não tem restaurante e nem café da manhã. Mas tem restaurantes na própria rua.
