My Own Private Butterfly Garden
We stayed in the deluxe double room with a balcony at the Cat Ba View Hotel. The mountain was perhaps 5 meters away, so the view was of a wall of vertical vegetation. It was very private, and we had lovely butterflies flitting about. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was good. The two Nanh's were hospitable and kind. The location is a block off the main street, so the noise is less than directly in Cat Ba Town. If going to Cat Ba, we would stay here again.

The Hotel was like brandnew. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with many things to choose from like Pho, Scrambled eggs and fruits.
