Not great
Air conditioning is set by the facility and cannot be switched between heating and cooling for each room. It was very hot in the room, but because it was set to heating at the time of my stay, I could not turn it to cool air setting. It was very hot and uncomfortable. I couldn't open the window and it was hard to breathe because I couldn't ventilate the room. There were no amenities for child, such as toothbrushes , slippers, and towels, and no pajamas, even though I made a reservation for one child to stay in the room.

에어컨 없고 너무 덥고 프론트 전화 안받아요
에어컨이 있다고 숙박시설상세표기에 되어있지만 에어컨은 작동 되지 않았습니다. 이 호텔은 히터만 틀어주고 더우면 히터를 꺼야 합니다. 아예 에어컨 기능을 막아 놓았습니다. 이건 거짓 광고 입니다 방은 동쪽으로 배정을 받아 밤새 더워서 잠을 이루지 못하고 해가 일찍뜨는 일본에선 새벽 5시부터 해가 방으로 들이치고 , 프론트에 컴플레인 했지만 호텔은 에어컨을 작동하지 않는 다고만 설명을 했습니다. 숙박에 필요한 지불은 매우 불합리 합니다.

첫인상 프론트 여직원들 표정이 밝지 않고 칙칙함. 체크인 시간이 지났음에도 아직 청소가 끝나지 않아서 못들어 간다고 말함. 밥먹고 왔더니 체크인 새로하라네. 특히 다소 통통한 여성 프론트 직원은 불쾌한 응대를 하였음. 룸 컨디션 바닥이 매우 더러움. 카펫이 오래되어 얼룩덜룩함. 슬리퍼 있음. 화장실은 낡고 허름하지만 깨끗한 느낌. 전망 좋음 조식 안먹어서 모름. 근처 맥모닝 먹었음.
