Great location, good shuttle service to airport. The staff were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The room was not the greatest. Very old furniture, pillows were awful. No hand soap in the bathroom. The rug was old and stained. It will help to renovate the interiors of the rooms. It’s good for a quick stay of 1/2 nights…

Airport shuttle was the best feature other than the proximity to the airport. The hotel front desk staff was extremely courteous, pleasing and helpful during my stay. Promptness of the housekeeping staff can be better as when we requested to extra towel, they confirmed it will be sent but was never sent. I would definitely return to the property if staying in Chicago midway.

The room was clean. The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast staff were very cordial, and the service was very good. And a special shout-out to Raya—she was very kind, courteous, and helpful with everything we needed. Without a doubt, this will be our hotel when we return.

It is a nice hotel, but not WOW. At check-in the desk clerk used the wrong room rate. When I pointed out the error the situation was quickly resolved, but had I not caught the error I would have been charged close to double the reservation cost and had the resulting hassle of getting it corrected after the fact. On the "extras" on the Hotel.com reservation a "resort credit" was shown with no details. The desk staff had no idea what it was supposed to be and it was too hard to connect with Hotel.com to try to figure it out. Some of the room amenities (towels, toilet paper, bar soap for hand washing) seemed a little sparse for the price of the room. It wasn't a problem to get more, but I would have expected it to be perfect. The staff was very friendly and responsive when contacted and able to resolve issues.

The hotel is always nice. We stay here quite a bit. The only issue this stay was the tub was not very clean. I had to clean it myself. I didn't bother housekeeping because I know how I like to clean some stuff myself. Besides that the stay was just fine. The room was comfortable and staff is always nice.
