The window in my room looked out onto a stoop that looked like someone slept there or ate food. The showerhead was broken. You to hold it in your hand. And it leaked all over the place.

The hotel and staff are great, however it is very small and not in the best area - partly my fault for not choosing a quieter place. No coffee and the hairdryer shut off after 3 mins (is that a Europe thing?). It was ok for 2 nights but for longer stays, I would find something more spacious with amenities. The front desk clerks were amazing!

A fine hotel
This was a fine hotel with a widespread French hotel chain. The location was about ten minute from both the train/bus station and the Old Port, so it was great for both day trips and seeing Marseille. There are tons of cafes and Turkish fast food joints right by it.

Agradecer al personal su atención, pero a veces eso no es suficiente. Llegamos a la habitación, después del check-in (pasadas las 15h), y la habitación estaba sin limpiar, incluso con bandejas de comida de los anteriores huespedes. La hicieron rápidamente... no había jabón para las manos y, para colmo, según comentó el servicio, no se ponen toallas de manos. Por cierto, las toalla "grandes" finas como el papel de fumar.
