The room was ok. The hall was dirty. Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4pm. I booked all 4 rooms under 1 booking and requested for connecting rooms. When we arrived, we were told our rooms we were told that our they could not arrange our rooms close together. And my room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. I booked and paid in advance so I think they should have arranged all rooms accordingly. They charged our credit card on arrival but did not tell us the amount and the reason it was charged. I asked and then found out it was $30 charge for something. Overall, the location was good but the rooms are juts ok and they need some upgrade.

Location was great. It was very loud at night. Could hear the people in the room above us stomping around all night. It was difficult for the family to sleep through.

    Very good 8.0
The room that was assigned to us was occupied. My key opened the door and the room was clearly not empty (unmade bed, suitcase someone in the shower). We were promptly moved to another room. I had made to separate reservations as our plans changed and was told the key would work both days. The second day the key didn’t work and had to go to lobby to get it corrected. At 830am on the morning we were to check out a cleaning crew person opened our door waking us up. I don’t understand if check out is at 11a why was he opening our door to clean. I’ve stayed here many times and will probably stay here again but the above items should not have happened.

Very happy about my stay. Family loved it.

Cons: Bed was hard as a rock and smaller than my king sized bed at home.. So I’m not sure what kind of “king” they have in their rooms. The bedding is also a bit pitiful for the price of the room, extremely scratching and pilling all over the place. I’d imagine softer more premium sheets when a one night stay is over $300. The restaurant on site by the pool leaves a lot to be desired.. it could just be their winter menu but there was a limited selection of what you could order (about 8 items) that tasted similar to that of a frozen dinner; when the last time I was here in August they had a pretty wide variety of options that were all delicious. Our waitress who was a one woman show was super friendly and very personable however. The floor (carpet) in the room was HORRENDOUS. If you plan to stay here, bring slippers or something of the sort to wear in the room. If you walk on the floor barefoot for more than 3 steps the bottoms of your feet will be completely black. The towels they provide are laughable, they’re so ridiculously small that they wouldn’t have even wrapped around my 50lb 8 year old. Pros: The close proximity to the beach clearly can’t be beat. Even if you were to have a room that was street side without a beach view, it’d be a maximum 2 minute walk to the hotels own private beach. (Though it still is open to the public, which can be frustrating in the summertime when you pay so much for this perk) Room contains a refrigerator (however there isn’t a micro

    Beach View King Room
Very clean room. Stocked with shampoo/conditioner/body wash which is alway a plus on a trip. Rooms are small, the bed takes up most of the space. But for the view/beach front access, they can get away with it. None of the in-room fireplaces worked, which would’ve been nice and cozy, but again not a big deal since we weren’t in the room except to sleep. I’d say the king rooms are comfortable enough for 2 people- 3 max. Staff was super friendly! Would come back!

    Cozy place.
Selected this place on a whim, but was definitely satisfied with the experience. We got in a little late, enjoy dinner at the on-site restaurant, then sat around the fire pit and enjoyed s’mores kits provided by the friendly concierge staff. Loved that I was able wake up and step outside, onto the beach. Lovely place! Room was cute and clean. Only downside was the fireplace in the room was being repaired and we weren’t able to enjoy that. There was still a heat source, so it wasn’t a big deal.

    Thanks!
This stay was a very important couples getaway. Rachel the manager was amazing to work with to make sure the room was prepared as requested. I did pay extra for a beach front view , was given a corner room with the boat house in my view. Over all the stay was great and the staff was extra nice. The birthday celebration weekend was great! I would definitely book here again in the future!
