8/10 Very good

The room was clean and well prepared with towels for all four of us. It is rare that we don’t have to ask for and wait for more to be supplied. The breakfast was very good, much better than most places where we have stayed. I would have given it a five star review if the property had an elevator as my wife and I have some mobility issues and our room was on the second floor. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway on the west end of the city with easy access to it on our way back towards home without having to deal with the city’s morning rush-hour congestion.

8/10 Very good

The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. My only issue was the mold in the shower. Luckily I booked 2 rooms and could shower in the other one. Hotel did send someone up but it isn’t a quick job. They offered to switch rooms but I declined. It would have been a lot of work for everyone to switch.
