The beds are quite small, we had a small double and a 3/4 Double in our family room. We also found the mattresses to be very hard, which I know can be personal preference, and I don't mind a firm mattress but these were next level. The pillows were also too soft for it liking, and two were needed to feel like one normal pillow. Otherwise, the hotel is to a good standard, clean, and well maintained.

It was a very hot day in London and travelling was a nightmare! When we arrived at our hotel the reception staff were brilliant with a cool smile, ice lolly and water to bring the heat down. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean, we didn’t have a view but it is a big city. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and the best machine coffee I have ever tasted. Thank you for making our 1 night stay a pleasant experience.

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this hotel. The recently refurbished room was amazing—modern, spotless, comfortable, and finished to a very high standard. A special mention goes to the wonderful lady on the front desk, who was polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her warm welcome really made a difference. The complimentary cookies were a lovely touch, and the hotel was very easy to find. The location is excellent, with plenty of great places to eat nearby and a fantastic atmosphere in the surrounding area. Overall, it was the perfect place for a weekend break, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended!
