Room 1019 was tired ! The bathroom door jams were rotten. The desk had a layer of dust and the room facilities folder was giving wrong information. This hotel trades on its closeness to the exhibition centre. Staff care great. The obvious issue is with the B management team and allocation of budget. It’s a 3 star at best!
