Old and Outdated facilities
The hotel is outdated and old. Washroom facilities are too very outdated. It really needs a remodeling. Our bed seems to be on a wooden platform as every times we turned, it made a cracking sound. Window cushion seat had a big dark stain on it. It is located in an older residential area of mid western Hong Kong. The HK University Metro Station is a 5 minute walks from the hotel

Over crowding rooms. Hosting team/staff meeting inside lobby lounge/Bar. Not distancing in clear view of guests. Staff can gather in hotel bar. But guests not allowed was their response. Poor covid - response

Amazing Experience!
The stay was amazing! The rooms are super comfortable and the hotel’s service is great, they deliver any room services such as extra bottles of water, more tea etc. instantly. We got a free upgrade to the club floor and the view from the room was stunning. The hotel’s location is also quite convenient as it is right next to HKU Station and a 5min walk from the waterfront with many food places nearby. Kennedy Town is also at walking distance.
