Pemabwe
"The only issue is that the toilet is open area with curtains to pull across. Would be better if it was closed off for privacy in using the toilet. The rest of accommodation is 10 out 10 with no issues"
Highlands Lodges and Apartments
"I spent 13 nights. A fairly decent place. The nights were so quiet and peaceful. I had good sleep. The place is being renovated so at times maintenance staff would start work around 06:30. This was quite inconsiderate. I think maintenance work should be done from mid morning to allow guests to rest long enough. The rooms were super clean. Improvements could be considered 1. to put heating for winter nights. I was so cold the first night. Thanks to staff for an additional blanket from day 2. 2. to put iron & ironing board in each room especially for guests staying long. My room had nowhere to hang clothes. The lockers are too small. However, the carpenter improvised something for me. Not up to standard but ok. Staff - the housekeeping ladies were very excellent. Always cheerful. Bed linen was being changed every 3 days. They impressed me. DSTV was subscribed. I enjoyed the World Cup. The channel was not English but am not complaining 😁 Wi-fi was great. The place is very close to Highland park. Very convenient. 8/10 rating for me."

"Great room comfy bed great breakfast. Negative-got there at 8pm after a long 12 hour drive from mana pools, the kitchen staff made us a nice dinner of pork chops and rice but overcharged quite a bit. 15 usd/plate for one chop rice and veggies. But we were grateful to have a meal without having to head back out into town"

During your stay, you can visit attractions such as festivals, business hubs, cosy cafés, natural parks, museums, wildlife reserves, safari experiences, UNESCO sites, gardens, and areas suitable for birdwatching, ensuring an affordable and culturally enriching experience.
- Look for last-minute deals on Hotels.com: To discover last-minute deals to Harare on Hotels.com, visit the DealsOpens in a new window or Last-Minute Deals section, where you may find discounted hotel rates as your travel date approaches. Additionally, use the Smart Shopping tool available via the app to compare hotel prices and amenities, ensuring you’re updated on any drops in prices or new availability, allowing you to secure a last-minute getaway efficiently.
- Be flexible with dates: Prices may fluctuate depending on various factors such as the hotel's location, star rating, and the time of year. Therefore, being flexible with your travel dates could assist you in finding a more favourable rate for your stay in a Harare hotel. If you’re interested in distinctive accommodations, boutique hotels might provide a more personalised experience and occasionally better value. When you make a reservation through Hotels.com, we’ll inform you whether the price for your chosen dates is above or below the average. Should the price appear to be on the higher side, we’ll suggest alternative dates that might help you discover a more appealing option.
- Consider your location: Hotels located near the city centre usually tend to be more expensive; however, with Harare's superb public transport connections, you may discover a more affordable independent hotel situated further out that remains well connected. For those interested in exploring alternative, less congested neighbourhoods or even lesser-known nearby towns, there is often excellent value for money to be found. Opting for these alternative destinations could provide a more authentic and budget-friendly experience.
