This was a good, basic hotel. I was hoping for a more elevated experience. The room was clean but it looked outdated with mismatch furniture, no mirrors on the outside of the room and very poor lighting. I also wasn’t thrill about paying a “entertainment” fee for things we did not use or didn’t want to use. With that being said the staff was kind and courteous. The hotel is located in a fabulous location near everything you would want to do. This is a good choice is you are looking for a clean and basic place to stay.

Hotel is a great location, staff was excellent from the front desk to housekeeping. Room was good, clean, some signs of wear on the walls where some paint and such were chipping but overall a nice room. The only downside (huge) are the hidden post-booking charges $84 night for parking/$25 destination fee and some additional Chicago stick their hand in your pants taxes. Probably look for other places to that enjoy that don’t ruin your good time with after the stay up charges.
