Room was clean, hotel was well known by taxi and Uber drivers so it was very easy to communicate our hotel when not using the apps. Central to most attractions and there is a 711 conveniently located across the street. This was a nice luxury hotel for our stay in the Kyoto and would recommend.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff are extremely helpful. The hotel is located very conveniently to the main Kyoto train station. The hotel facilities are excellent. The only downside is the breakfast- which has limited options and despite our 4 nights/5 days stay at the hotel, there was no variation in the menu. In addition, all rooms facing the railway lines get loud train noise. Avoid rooms facing the railway line. Also, the air conditioning in one of our rooms was not working and despite the floor standing air conditioners provided by the hotel as replacement was still quite warm (we had booked 2 rooms on the executive floor).

Having a shuttle to Kyoto Station was very helpful. I do wish it started running earlier than 9am as so many of the attractions get busy before that time and getting there early is important. Otherwise, this hotel was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our 3 day stay in Kyoto! I would stay again.

This was a great property with large American style rooms. The buffet had enough breakfast options for everyone traveling with our group. Also, the buffet opened early enough where you could eat food and then leave for your tour. The staff were wonderful. The hotel was clean and it was conveniently located at 12 minute walk from the train station or about ¥600 taxi ride.

It is perfect if you're a tourist in Kyoto. It's like 5-10 minutes walking from the station (the hotel has a shuttle, which is useful if you have bags). They can store your bags before/after check in/out. There's s mall with q supermarket like 3-4 minutes away. The hotel was clean, comfortable. The staff is super helpful. I would recommend it.
