Hotel overall was ok and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hot food on the buffet breakfast was only lukewarm at best which was very disappointing. This is one of the reasons for the 3 stars the main reason was the fact that the air conditioner in our room was not working at all rendering it way too warm on the daytime and so warm at night that my wife got little or no sleep for our whole stay. We did mention it to the front desk on our way out our 2nd day and when we got back that evening we found that the window had been opened and a fan placed on the table and no explanation from the front desk. This was not a solution as the room was still unbelievably hot. Our number one criteria when booking our hotel room was the need for air conditioning. In this respect the hotel fell short.
