"Staff were amazing. Front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The bed felt very old and uncomfortable. Heater stopped working and very little towels provided. "

"This location uses photos of other neigheiboring facilities miss representing their location. There is no pool, especially not with slides, there was no breakfast like stated in the purchase of the room, there was a fire hazard in the room with how close the bed was to the fireplace, you could not even walk to the bathroom without stepping over the fire mantle, the "fold out couch" was actually a footon. The staff made no effort to correct a miss booking and stuck us in a tiny room, the only communication with them was over text and they never responded or resolved anything. The road is loud and right next to the property making it sound like it's next to a highway, there was no bar like stated and the "playground" was a safety hazard (they also show photos of a playground not on their site). And last how hard is it to have blinds that actually block light on the windows, we had zero chance to sleep in due to the room not being able to be closed up. The room at the very best was worth $50 a night and I'd hesitate to pay that. This was on of the shottiest "vacation resorts" I have ever been to. Would not recommend, go to one of the other ones in the area."

"The Club was wonderful! Super nice, quiet, gated. There were semi-private garages. I think it may have been condos at one time. The price was the same as a hotel for a two bedroom, two bath suite. But it was more than a suite. It was like a small apartment. There was a private balcony and a full kitchen. Everyone was super helpful. Nick was very nice at check in."

"We planned this trip because we had a great time when we stayed here a few years ago and were ready to relax/process grief. We were super disappointed this time around. We got to the property and there was broken glass all over the ground. We had our dog with us so we were hyper vigilant that she did not step on anything throughout our stay. There were stains all over the couch and bed and the remote for the television was sticky. The toilet leaked and the towels smelled awful. The fans that were provided didn't work. We were excited to use the bikes/canoes/bbq/pool like we previously did. The canoes/ bikes were still advertised but weren't put out for us until a bigger party arrived the last day of our trip. The bbqs were not connected/cleaned so we did it ourselves. The pool was disgusting and closed. The fireplace not lit until a big group checked in. I understand that it's the beginning of spring and things are not open/ maintained the same during winter as spring/summer but there was no mention of it anywhere and no communication given. The last night that we were there a large family came in and were extremely loud and partied throughout the night. I get it, this was celebration of some sort but the walls are thin so we listened to it all night (despite quiet hours) and saw that the firepits and bbq areas were trashed the morning we left. We were so disappointed this time around that I doubt we'll ever stay here again."
