I think this hotel is on the older side. They have smaller rooms and bathroom. It’s decent if you’re just there to sleep nothing special.

Nice hotel located in what it seems to be a business district. Few restaurants around, close to 2 local train stations and 15 mins car ride to Tokyo Station. Small rooms but comfortable.

I had a pleasant stay at HOTEL LiVEMAX Nihonbashi Koamicho. The overall atmosphere was welcoming, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were excellent, making for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
While most of the staff were friendly and accommodating, I did feel that the front desk team could be a bit more polite and attentive. A warmer and more engaging approach would enhance the guest experience even further.
That being said, my stay was enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future. With a little improvement in customer service at the front desk, this hotel could truly provide an exceptional experience.

Nice spot out of the way of Tokyo station traffic, but close enough to walk. Very clean hotel. Dryers in laundry room don't dry very well, had a 5kg~ load in for 2 hours and never fully dried. Mattress is too firm and hurt my hips and shoulders. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

My first experience with a Tokyo hotel room was an interesting one. Great location 15 minute walk from Tokyo station. Room was tiny by North American standards with room enough for suitcases at the foot of the comfortably firm double beds. Room had a slight musty smell but was clean and tidy. Shower and sink as well as toilet/bidet were clean and newer. I had a good experience, my wife needed a bit more.

Dated property, very small and limited. Tiny room, not as clean as we would have liked. No dining facilities. Every staff member looked unhappy and were abrupt in helping us. The location is in the financial district and the price was right. Train stations were in walking distance. I would not return here.

The hotel room was tiny. Hotel staff only works from noon on sat and Sunday. I was surprised there were no basic amenities such as cotton pads, shower cap, bottle of water and Q tips etc at all. They will require a 1000 yen cleaning fee if you would like to have your room cleaned which was not mentioned. I probably would pay little more for other hotels next time.
