Arrived around midnight and received a warm welcome. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Kopenhagen Central Station. The hotel is decorated lovely for Christmas.
Our room was very clean and warm. The window can be opened fully which was nice in the morning. The curtains do not block 100% of light. The bed and bedding was comfy.
There is a sofa and small wardrobe (no doors). I’d love to see some functional hooks (there was one over the sofa but very hard to reach).
The sofa and coffee table are a nice touch. With a kettle and tea and coffee (no English Breakfast tea, only herbal).
The bathroom is very small (I could touch all the walls if standing in the center). The bathroom is functional and clean. Towels are nice quality. Rituals shower gel and liquid soap was provided.
Breakfast was great. Soft boiled eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, toast, rolls, pate, cheeses, hams, fruit, yogurt, rice pudding, honeys, juice, hot drinks. Everything and more than we wanted!
The hotel is just over a 5 minute walk to Tivoli Gardens. And maybe a 20-25 minute walk to the centre of town. The area around the hotel feels safe (all of Kopenhagen felt safe from what we saw). There is a strip club next door, but we never saw anyone come or go from there even late at night.
I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would return.
