10/10 Exceptional

Convenient location downtown and easy access to the LRT to Commonwealth. Ice district is only a few blocks away. Close to good restaurants and pubs. It is downtown so some homelessness as to be expected but didnt bother us.

6/10 Good

The location of the hotel was perfect. It was close to everything downtown and a block away from an LRT station that made getting to Commonwealth Stadium for a concert really easy. The hotel was clean enough, but was going through renovations and the floor we were on was full of boxes and equipment and workers during the day, although they weren't ever very noisy. The room was had was "finished" but smelled strongly of fresh paint and were missing a few things like a mini-fridge, even though there was space for one. The new bed and pillows were just okay. For the price it was worth the stay and would probably stay again.
