Best Location for a Mall Holiday!
This was the perfect place for our Edmonton getaway! Our family came to celebrate a birthday and wanted to go to the waterpark and explore all the mall has to offer. The hotel was in the best possible location for us to do that. We were able to split up and go back to the room when needed and so easily. The staff was friendly and very accommodating to our requests. I'd recommend this hotel and we will likely stay here again!

Staff were anwe and it’s a very convenient location if your sole purpose is the mail. Otherwise the walls are thin, the beds are old and it’s just getting run down. Luxury prices but not luxury rooms.

Expensive for shabby rooms and terrible service
Be prepared the deposit if not using a credit card is $500 for one night stay. Broken glass piece to crumbs on our bed. Horrible room for paying at a deal of $329 for 1 night. Service you cannot understand them and very non customer friendly
