Nice hotel on Edge of Ginza
The staff were very friendly, breakfast good. The room was clean. The hotel is not far from public transport but we recommend to use the nearest subway station (Ginza) rather than Shimbashi which is such a huge station it's very easy to get lost.

Top hotel to stay in Ginza/Shimbashi area
Excellent hotel to stay! The hotel is close to Ginza shopping district for shopping, and also near to Shimbashi station for JR/metro lines for access to other parts of Tokyo. It has direct train access from Narita airport and it's also just one station away from Tokyo station if you are planning to visit other parts of Tokyo. Cleanliness is top notch and the tea bag selection is one of the best I have. Nearby are several convenience stores plus a Don Quijote and supermarket just one street away.

Great location.
This was fine for what we needed- comfortable room, accessible to transportation, walking distance to a variety of things. The convinis and don quijote right around the corner came in handy, especially for getting some last min souvenirs.
For cleaning, you’d leave your towels outside and a bag of new towels would be left at the door.
If I went back to Tokyo, I’d be open to booking again.

Great hotel in a great location. We used Shimbashi Station to catch the train, which was very convenient since it served many lines so we could take the same walk every day. Also loved that this hotel dropped off water bottles and towels without entering the room as part of their eco cleaning for days we didn't get our room cleaned.

Good stay and location
Enjoyed the location of this hotel close by to the underground. Room was comfy and clean. Reception area was on the first floor so you got the lift up as you walked in. Good location if wanting to visit Disney and downtown Tokyo.

Wonderful stay
The hotel and room were amazing. After a long walk, returning to your room and using a massage chair is always great. It's the most thoughtful idea that I ever met at hotels. I also want to add that the room was very cozy with all the amenities you might need. 10 out of 10

Clean, comfortable rooms that are surprisingly spacious by Tokyo budget hotel standards. The massage chair in the room was so nice after a long day of sightseeing. Location was great and walkable to multiple station lines. It also has a 24 hour Family Mart underneath it.

The room was very small no laundry facilities guests had to make their own airport transportation requests. The breakfast was good and the checkin was seamless. Hotel was walking distance to the metro. I would think twice before stayi g there again.
