We arrived before 3pm check in and did not get our room until close to 4. Cleaning service was behind. Despite the delay, the room was spacious and fit the 5 of us comfortably. We were here for kids to go to a concert so didn’t stay in hotel long, but could walk (about 20 mins) to United Center. The adults then walked for dinner to Fulton Market area. Felt safe doing all that- so the hotel is in a good location. The staff had comped us 2 drinks at the bar for the check in delay, which we did use. The bartender was friendly. Never got to the pool. The gym was satisfactory for a hotel gym. We were on the 8th floor and it was quiet. In and out valet was pricey but super convenient and quick. Would stay here again.
