I’ve stayed at the Omni Parker multiple times over many years. The hotel is great, centrally located, short ride to the airport and in great shape. Unfortunately this time, the service fell short outside of John in the Last Hurrah who finished our trip with a well curated send off. There was an overwhelming sense of, ‘I don’t want to be here’ that was exuded from the check in staff, to the valet and even the hostesses at both restaurants.
