The property was centrally located, and the room was very quiet. There are no actual laundry facilities at the property but there is a service available. Could be pricey if washing up for a family. The staff was super helpful and recommended a great restaurant.

This hotel is in a great location for the tube, trains and walking. It is close to Trafalger square and Westminster. ! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was nice. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly! I think the name of the evening front desk man was Rashid and many times he went above and beyond to help us! The breakfast staff were very friendly and on top of things. I would recommend this hotel and stay here in the future.
