Excellent hospitality! We arrived the Riad really tired after a long drive. We had a great welcome with fresh tea and clean room. Everything was perfect and as advertised. The bathrooms were easy to access, clean and smelled great. The shower was one of the biggest we have seen in the entire trip. The roof top terrasse is really nice and fresh. We hung out for sometime in the evening while a local musician played his songs. While there was no onsite restaurant, it was easy to arrange food from the nearby (sister) restaurant at no extra cost. The food there was great. Special shout out to the manager of the Riad. He went above and beyond to make our stay the best as possible. Before the stay, he was quick and thorough with his communication on how to get to the Riad. During the stay, he was kind enough to accommodate a late check out for us at no extra cost. We were really tired after the long trip. His kind gesture made our stay extra enjoyable. Kudos!

Péssimo custo-benefício.
Não gostamos. O hotel é bem difícil de achar. Combinamos um transfer a partir da estação de trem e o hotel não compareceu. Chegamos lá por conta própria com imensa dificuldade e não havia ninguém na recepção. A pessoa responsável demorou mais de 1 hora para aparecer, sendo que chegamos no horário de check-in. O quarto é relativamente confortável (a cama é boa), mas fica ao lado das mesas onde o hotel serve café da manhã e jantar, nos obrigando a ir dormir junto com o último hóspede atendido e acordar junto com o primeiro a tomar o café por conta do barulho. Para completar, no primeiro dia o hotel nos realocou em outro Riad por causa de um problema no nosso quarto. O outro Riad foi extremamente inferior a esse e tivemos a pior noite de nossas vidas. Não recomendo esse Riad e não voltaria a me hospedar de jeito nenhum.

Great service a little tricky to find it at first.
I stayed in a single room, just the right size for me. The service was amazing all of the people working here do take care of you. It's a bit tricky to find it at first through all does allyways but once you are there is very pleasant.

Oivallinen hintalaatusuhde ja erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Sijainti on näppärä ja kaikki löytyy kävelymatkan päästä. Aitoa Medinan karua seutua hakevat pääsevät täällä myös karkuun muita turisteja. Aamupala on maukas ja kattoterassi ihana. Pieni miinus äärettömän pienistä huoneista jotka eivät mahdollista yksityisyyttä täysin. Ensimmäisellä kerralla Riadiin meno kannattaa tehdä paikallisen oppaan kanssa, sillä kujilta ei osaa hotellia löytää ellei tiedä mistä sitä etsiä.

Perfeita, as duas pessoas que me atenderam os dois dias foram extremamente prestativos, atenciosos, cordiais e simpáticos! O Riad é pequeno e muito lindo, estava o tempo todo muito limpo, todas avaliações positivas, só tive um pouco de dificuldade para encontrar, como em quase todos Riads na Medina!

Place Jemaa El Fna, Koutoubia, Jardin secret (magnifique !) souks, restaurants, musées, Jardin Majorelles, taxis à proximité : tout peut se faire à pieds à condition de s'équiper de bonnes chaussures.

深夜マラケシュに到着し、リヤドの空港シャトルサービスを利用。こちらは普通のタクシーの方が空港で出迎えてくれた。リヤドは車が入れる路地から少し歩くので、ここでリヤドのスタッフの男性が迎えに来てくれた。夜のジャマエルフナ広場を案内しようとしてくれたが、翌朝砂漠ツアーで早いので残念ながらお断りした。 朝、ツアーの迎えの前にオレンジジュースと軽食を出してくれたり、ツアーの方と連絡を取ろうとしたりしてくれたり、気が効く方だった。また、英語の話せる方だった。 建物はロビーに小さな噴水があったり、綺麗だった。水周りも良く手入れされていた。
