Disappointing Hotel
My Recent stay in this Hotel - Family Quad Room. To share with all Expedia Member and Taveller, This Hotel is very disappointing and many area need to be improved:
1. Room airconditoning is not cold (merely blowing air) and it is noisy and vibrating. You have to endure the nosie and vibation for a night sleep.
2. The Toilet door is misalligned and cannot be lock.
3. Dressng table area has not light at all. TV cabinet area, back light is only available 1 side, the other side of cabinet not lightng, only wiring point. Overall lightng in the room is to dime.
4. WIFI signal at the floor is vetry very poor. The front Desk sugegsted that cme down to ground floor as the signal is strongest.
5. There is not room intercom, any request to Front Counter, you must go personnally.
6 With all the shortfalls, I did make complaints to Front Desk but was informed there was not maintenance personnel to attend to it.
Not recommended for Traveller.

Disappointing Hotel Facilities & Level Of Service
Check in on 23/12/17. On overall, I am quite disappointed with this Hotel (Family Quad Room):
1. Air-conditioning was not cold (merely air blowing), noisy sound and vibrating badly from blower.
2. WIFI signal was very very weak at Level 2. Suggested by Front Desk, come down ground floor to access WIFI because ground floor has strongest signal
3. Toilet door cannot close fully (misalligned), and worst still that door cannot even lock!
4. Lighting level was very dime in the room, One side of T5 lighting at TV area is totally missing, only can see wiring point. There is also totally no lighting at the Dressing table area.
5. Front Counter cannot traced my Booking (via Expedia). I was fortunate that brought along the receipt I printed out earlier, otherwise, I may not be able to check In.
6. All those shortfalls, I did make request for rectification at Front Desk (note: no Room Intercom also) but was told "Sorry, we have no maintenance staff today to address your problem"
Purpose of posting this review is for future improvement for the benefit of all Expedia Member and traveler.
