Good location, a little out dated but it’s a solid little hotels staff very friendly and helpful. No breakfast but lots of local food right out side. Hotel an property it’s self is neat and tidy. It’s right in the middle on the walking street market so be prepared for a very busy Sunday but that’s the highlight of the day.

The location is AMAZING and perfect to walk anywhere around town. Estia Chiang Mai Boutique Hotel was so lovely and our room was very unique, clean, and had comfortable amenities. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is comfortable and centrally located. The beds are soft. It was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was minimal but adequate of toast and cereal and of course coffee or tea.

Hotel location was excellent right in the center of old city and everything was walking distance. They had free water bottles at the front desk for us at all times. Room was comfortable and clean. We were also able to book our taxi to the airport with the hotel which was convenient. Overall would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly and convenient experience!

convenience over quality
Pleasant staff, great location for the weekend markets. Surprising offer of driver (one of the concierges) to the airport at a small cost, less than getting a taxi. Breakfast service was non existent. f We had booked a twin suite on wotif but when we arrived at 10pm we were given a single queen room. Upon complaining they gave us a foldout bed which had no linen. Sharing the bed was not an option for us due to one having the flu and the other not wanting to catch it. The night staff were unable to locate extra linen for the foldout cot. The next morning they were able to accommodate us in the room we had booked as we stood over them at reception as other guests were checked out and asked for their room. This issue with room booking seems to be a known issue for them. The amenities around the pool were disappointing as all the seats and tables were dirty from being outdoors and unattended. Worse was the decking around the pool, One of the boards broke as I was leaving the pool and I fell through the decking, thankfully not hurting myself seriously but when I reported it to staff there was little reaction other than offering me some tylenol and putting a chair over the broken chipboard. I saw no evidence of anything had been done about fixing it before the end of my stay.
