Extremely noisy. People screaming until 2:00 in the morning. Sounded like they were busting walls in the second floor till at least 2:00 in the morning. At one point. Went back to our vehicle to try and sleep. Terrible experience

Disappointed
Pretty disappointed in the hotel. There were mold/mildew spots on the ceiling, a brown water stain on the ceiling in the bathroom. The refrigerator was dirty and unusable, and it just did not feel clean. The TV despite good weather kept cutting out and freezing when I complained the manager Said they would fix it tomorrow. The hallway carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in sometime and the breakfast was primarily packaged donuts, machine dispensed coffee and cereal.

I was traveling with my dogs and booked this hotel, as the other hotel didn't have room. Front desk gal was very friendly, check in was fine. Got into my room and noticed a odor right away, but it was nothing like the bathroom, which had a nasty mildew or like something died in it odor - I couldn't stand to be in it for more than necessary to do my business. I complained to front desk, who agreed it was bad and was going to talk to manager, as she said she couldn't move me to a different room, even though they only had 3 cars in the lot. She thought perhaps they could give a discount. I was there for two nights and thankfully a friend had a room in a different hotel where I did my showering. Never heard from a manager, so I called to discuss the situation and the person who answered refused to give a discount and said no one complains about that room. I highly recommend you stay away from this hotel! Nasty!

It was ok. Not the cleanest rooms, smelled musty. Policy to charge $10 extra if we took any breakfast items from lobby to room was pretty ridiculous. No hot foods for breakfast. Packaged rolls, sandwiches, yogurt, and cereal only. Turned off coffee and juice machines in lobby at 9am. High price for what they offer. Dumpsters outside were overflowing.

The staff was the best I've encountered in a long while. Extra friendly, outgoing and accommodating. That's why I hate to add that in my opinion the hotel was not very clean. The lobby and breakfast are a was clean . Our room was very dusty especially the lamps and the coffee maker. The carpeting was totally gross . It was sticky and I had to take a damp wash cloth and wipe my feet before I got in bed. My feet left black marks on the cloth after wiping them.The bathroom floor was kind of gross in the corners,dusty and what appeared to be hair. You could run your finger and make a leave a mark in the dust on the lamps. The lampshade on one lamp was broken . The refrigerator was not very cold and full of moisture. Our duvet cover was ripped in 2 places. Overall, the room itself was in need of attention. The location of the hotel was quite and very convenient. The neighborhood surrounding the hotel appeared clean and safe. The property could have used some attention in grass trimming ,parking lot maintenance, etc. We were very impressed with the staff but the hotel itself could use some much needed TLC. I am not sure if we would stay here again. We would probably try the other hotel first.
