Horrible experience, ruined the start of our trip
The hotel is fairly new, we booked two rooms for a family of 4 adult and 1 youth. Check in was terrible we got to the room and the rooms was set up for two adult, the second bed was not in the room, after numerous calls to the the reception, a bed was provided at 12am hours after check in. Second day, we were my 13 year old was discriminated against in the restaurant which was reported to the managers. At that point non of our party wanted to eat in the restaurant. The manager offered as a Will of good gesture to book us into the different restaurant, however the first restaurant we were booked in refused us entry as we were not on the guest so we went without dinner that night. Again this was reported to the night manager who offered room service for a sandwich at 7:30pm but sandwich did not come until 11:30pm. We spend us entire holiday leaving the hotel in the morning and coming back to sleep at night. Despite we paid all inclusive, we did takeout throughout our holiday. Room was not cleaned and there were plates left out in the hallway for days. These issues were logged with the hotel and to date no compensation was given. Another guest while we were they reported theft while we were complain about the hotels the service we received Daniel from customer experience and another manager were approachable along with a handful of staff member were friendly, however, some check in staff especially the lady that checked us in was very dismissive and unfriendly.

Good stay
The stay was overall ok not too bad but not too impressive either. The staff weren’t always the friendliest and room service was kind of slow but were reliable enough for all of your needs. The pool was huge but I wish it was open longer, though I kind of understand for safety reasons given the 24/7 open bar lol. The buffet food was always fresh and delicious although I wish it was easier to get a res for the sister resort restaurants would have loved to try those. Overall I’d say this is a good place to stay if you want to spend more money on activities and souvenirs than food and lodging. I would stay here again.

Except the unexpected
Honestly was worked due to the mixed reviews about service and construction but my experience was far from that! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was super quick and easy! Staff at the restaurants were very attentive, it is a bit more relaxed with seating so pick a table and someone will be over (Harbour restaurant). Overall everything was great! I would come back

We traveled for my birthday and stood 7 days. We were checked in by Ella and she was so nice and the check in process was smooth..she was able to get us a room with a nicer view since we booked a room with the swim up pool area which we appreciated. the resort was walk able even to the sister hotel and it was quiet and quite relaxing. Everyone was super nice from the bar to the staff we encountered. the bell hop i forgot his name but he was very nice and helped us locate things on the resort. There was a nighttime front desk person named Timo he was so nice and answered all our questions about getting to the city including recommendations of restaurants and locations we should see. only complaints we had were that there was no designated space for people who were smoking which was kinda annoying as we don't smoke and people were allowed to smoke at all areas in the resort and also on one occasion we did not receive our room service. But overall had a great stay and we would definitely come back and recommend for a nice quiet relaxing stay

We liked the easy access to beach area but did not know it would be rocky. The pool is deep, if you’re not swimming just stay on a lounge chair. Pool bartenders are friendly, it would be nice to have waiters at the pool and beach areas. Disliked lack of housekeeping.

Their kindness, hospitality, and friendliness made our stay amazing and we appreciated how pleasant they made our stay! We would LOVE to return again soon and look forward to seeing them all again. What a beautiful location, exceptionally beautiful resort grounds. The beach, the views, the palm trees, the food, everything was spectacular. The rooms were always cleaned and fresh, AC worked great and the workers were always happy to help. Definitely the best all inclusive resort we have visited!

I get to my room and the swim up pool room I rented for extra was facing a garage that was noisy in the morning so no sleeping late there was broken glass around the pool that we called to get cleaned 3 times had to do it myself. The room would get warm at night and AC would shut off so we learned that and to turn it back on we called 3-4 times and they would come and nothing. So the last night I went to the desk and took a fan that I was requesting for they weren’t happy but when nothing gets done. You do what you must. Oh and getting reservations for dinner is hard.
