Don’t book here if you want to sleep.

The Indigo looked great. Fantastic location, great lobby and rooms in a repurposed industrial building. In non-COVID times, it looks like it was in a neighborhood with bars and restaurants to check out. We booked a “City View” room and prepaid for breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant. When we arrived, we found that the “city view” consisted of a building overlooking a parking lot, and that the kitchen was “being rebranded” and there was not going to be any breakfast. Fine, you roll with it. The room was still spacious, with big windows (albeit ones that overlooked the aforementioned parking lot). We were driving across the country, had a long day, and just needed a good nights sleep. The walls in this hotel are so paper thin that you can hear conversations in the next room over. Not great if the folks with whom you share a wall are up late drinking and partying, and the hallway is filled with other parties that the front desk staff has to come up and shush (before we even called to complain). When there’s a freight rail line a half block away, you hear it clearly. When the trash hauler comes to empty the dumpster in the lot right outside your window at 4 in the morning, you wake up. And when the drunk in the next room sleeps through his alarm, you wake up at least. A little less investment in hipster art and a little more in soundproofing, and you’d have a great hotel. As it is now, though, never again.

    Nice place

Hotel has great location and very friendly and accommodating staff. They were still taking Covid very seriously despite restrictions easing. Parking was a bit tricky if you didn't use valet but street parking and garages are plentiful in the area.

I loved my king suite, the layout of the room. The bed were nice and smooth, and bath linens were thick and sumptuous. I loved the Aveda products also! Front desk, valet, bar and breakfast staff were all exceptionally personable and friendly. I’d stay here again!

We’ve stayed at hotel indigo in the crossroads several times for a weekend getaway. we love the decor of the building and rooms. It’s also at an affordable price compared to some other hotels in the area. The front desk staff is helpful and meets you with a warm greeting wether your coming or going from the property. I’d highly recommend!
