Good location, very friendly staff. Very basic rooms with thin walls (I could hear the person in the room next to me snoring). They advertise that they have a nice coffee bar, but it's really just a glorified Keurig machine with some syrups. That being said, this is a good place to stay at a great price, and would stay here again.

Everything was great until the elevators went out the morning we were leaving. Being up on 5th floor was not good carrying luggage down the steps. Things happen. Otherwise it was a very good place to stay. Was so convenient being across from T-Mobile and a block from Power and Light District! Will stay there again.

Stayed one night, I am local to KC, the prices were about half of other hotels in the area. Everything is walkable, the location is great. The staff was really nice, I stopped by for coffee early in the AM, and chatted with one of the employees, she was great. The hotel was very clean, the room was very comfortable. If your looking for a hopping in hotel experience this probably isn't your spot, but if you are looking for a great value, and a night in downtown KC, you should consider. Hotel was super clean, everything worked, no issues at all. I would def stay there again.

I was really surprised at the hotel. I wasn't sure what we were getting into but what a pleasant surprise. So close to the Power and Light District. We had an issue with our air conditioning in the room the staff were quick to get us into another room even closer to our traveling partners. Very attentive staff. Only 4 stars due to our Main issue was it was hot in the room. Room was nice BUT the Temp set at 61 but it felt more like 75-80. Could not sleep so left at 430am and person at desk was nice enough checking out but no compensation, considering the hotel was priced approx $100 over normal nightly price due to Eric Clapton concert. The bar area was a big plus. For a big event concert that was going on and a full hotel, not sure why there was only 1 bartender. Austin was very nice and had a lot of people to serve before AND after the concert. No complaints regarding him as he had his hands full.

Good downtown location and reasonably priced. The staff were excellent, my room was clean and spacious but basic amenities were lacking which resulted in me shortening my stay and going elsewhere. - No coffee and tea in the room!! - No iron in the room and the hotel could not make one available (this does not work for me when traveling for business!). - No minibar, and only limited refreshments available within the hotel. The hotel is quite new and hopefully some of this will be remedied before my next visit to Kansas City.

Today we were lucky enough to stay at this hotel, and I have to admit I was a little surprised to see that there were no reviews yet. Now I’m actually proud that mine will be the first! This is a brand-new hotel from our favorite Best Western family, located right in downtown Kansas City, and it is absolutely fantastic. If you love fresh, modern, stylish design, luxurious Drybar toiletries, silky-soft towels, spotless rooms, and that wonderful feeling of being somewhere completely new and well cared for, you will love this place. What impressed us even more was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind, welcoming, and treated us like valued guests rather than just another reservation. At check-in, we were even given complimentary bottles of water — something we rarely see, despite traveling very frequently and staying in many hotels every year. The team was always ready to help with anything we needed, and their hospitality truly made our stay special. The hotel also offers guest parking for $30, which is significantly less expensive than many other parking options in the area and very convenient. One more thing I have to mention: the water! I don’t know if it’s the city’s water or if the hotel has an exceptional filtration system, but the water was incredibly soft. As someone who notices these things, I would honestly rate it 10/10. My advice: take advantage of this hidden gem while it’s still new and priced more competitively than many nearby hotels. I highly recommend
