Located so close to the pedestrian village this was absolutely perfect for our little family vacation! Cozy, clean and exactly what we were looking for. It’s small but we loved it and really was all we needed for myself? My husband and our daughter. Would definitely will be going back and recommend to others. Made for a perfect spot to come home to after our outings exploring Tremblant

Bon service à la clientèle

Location pratique. Règles clairement affichées. Mont Tremblant c'est très bien sauf quand il faut trouver un restaurant passé 21h30: ils ferment tous à 22h. L'appel au service à la clientèle fut nécessaire pour régler des détails et signaler des choses. L'accueil des demandes fut chaleureux et plein d'écoute pour des solutions efficaces. Cela nous a permis de bien nous concentrer sur notre séjour et de passer du bon temps.

Améliorations à apporter pour justifier le prix

Style condo avec cuisine complète. Pratique, mais manque encore beaucoup de choses dans la cuisine qui sont habituellement présent pour rendre le tout agréable. Très très petit. Si vous ouvrez le divan-lit, impossible d'ouvrir l'armoire qui contient la poubelle. Les grosses chaises en métal sont très lourdes et difficile à déplacer et inappropriées dans un si petit espace. Un seul rouleau de papier toilette pour toute la durée du séjour. À 325$ la nuit, c'est assez ordinaire. Les propriétaires ont demandé à venir changer les matelas durant notre séjour, par gentillesse nous avons accepté, ils ne sont jamais venus et ne se sont pas donné la peine de nous en aviser. Impossible de ne pas entrer de sable dans l'endroit à cause du stationnement, et il n'y a pas de de porte soulier..... je n'ose même pas imaginer le désagrément en hiver. Pleins de petits détails qui sont encore manquants et qui font que le prix est trop cher pour ce qui est offert. Les propriétaire devront dépenser un peu plus pour améliorer l'offre de service s'ils veulent avoir des recommandations plus positives.

I am overall happy with the stay, just i did not expect it to be so small for what the pictures showed. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was great with the oven, microwave and all the pota and pans. The only downsides its that nobody came to change our bed sheets or towels, it was a bit smaller than what the pictures displayed. I saw that a bbq was going to be available but none was at our disposal. Awesome placement near the mountain. My overall satisfaction 7/10

À améliorer:Stores brisés, ampoules qui ne fonctionnent pas, donc faible éclairage dans le salon et aucune lumière extérieure (ampoule grillée); ajouter des cuillères à soupe (il n'y avait pas); difficulté à regarder la télévision, le divan est trop grand et impossibilité de le bouger dans l'espace restreint. Ce qui a été apprécié: Temps de réponse rapide et souci de la satisfaction du client (remplacement de certaines ampoules); Propreté des lieux; Beauté du condo (plancher, décoration, couleurs apaisantes); Netflix et wifi inclus.

Excellent stay for a couple near the ski resort. Walkable to the bars/restaurants. We stayed during the off-season (October) but would definitely stay here again during the ski season
