8/10 Very good

It was a good hostel. The bathrooms were clean. The pod styles of the bunk beds were good for privacy but terrible for air flow. The top bunk was so hot it was difficult to sleep at night.

8/10 Very good

The hostel has a great vibe and staff were friendly and welcoming from the get-go. Lots of activities for travelers were offered, including game nights and free walking tours. As a family of 4 with teenagers, we had a private room and it was a perfect hub for us to sight see the old town of Madrid. We always felt safe and the front desk staff and common area made the place feel warm... Something I would want for my young traveler child to experience. We drove a rental car and thankfully the vehicle was small enough to fit in their parkade (a Peugeot 2008). It was such a great amenity to have in downtown Madrid. Sharing a room of bunk beds was a fun change for us. Our only complaint about the room was a weird smell coming from the shower room drain, but it was clear the cleaning staff were aware of it and did their best to make it better. Our son ended up losing his wallet there and Ana and staff found it for us when we were already on the road to the next destination. They did not hesitate to help and we had it couriered over to our next stop in Spain. I had zero doubt of their level of integrity and honesty and they proved me correctly even into the days after our stay. We are so thankful for that 🙏 Thank you 2060!

6/10 Good

Really loved my brief stay here and made so many friends in a very short time . Staff were very accommodating and luggage storage was ideal for exploiting the city before my flight and kitchen with free coffee :) Only downside was I didn’t get to use the spa , given there wasn’t very ideal booking slots suited around check out and was a missive selling point for choosing. Will hopefully be able to in my next booking :)
