Saya ditipu oleh hotel ini, dr awal mrk tdk ada wifi krn rusak, pada saat saya extend malam, ternyata ada kendala pada team mrk karena tdk mengecek booking number dan diganti dgn ruangan lebih kecil. Kemudian ketika minta refund mereka menyatakan tdk bs karena di hold dana oleh expedia. Ketika saya complain ke expedia mrk informasikan bahwa keslaahn dipihak saya uang tdk bisa direfund.

I booked the apartment from 16th July to 21 July but on the 20 July the password to enter my room decline and I called the reception asking how come it’s password decline when my stay end on 21 July. So far I’ve stay in this apartment a few time but this the first incident .
