Cool location but weird bathroom openness
Great location on the edge of Trogir, wonderful views of the sea. A caution, however, that the bathrooms do not have doors and are open to the rest of the hotel room. There is an opaque glass door to the toilet and shower for privacy but it's not soundproof. Best for couples that don't embarrass easily.

The views were sensational from our patio. The morning breakfast offered many selections and the staff was great. It could have used a bit of updating and a few more amenities. Sadly, the elevator was broken during our entire stay.

It was fine. We were expecting a 4 star stay but the plywood doors and cabinets seemed questionable.. the rules of the hotel to not bring any takeout or drinks into our own room is insane and the hotel is a bit out of the way of old town. View was amazing but the outdoor pool was a gross seagull bathtub and the “bar” looked 5 years unused and rundown. Not as fancy or nice as we expected but it was fine

We checked in early and were able to use the spa area to rest and relax. It was perfect.
The Front Desk Staff was very kind and helpful.
It is conveniently located close to the airport and old town.

Lovely hotel with views over the sea - 1hr by ferry to split from Trogir & 5 mins in Uber to Trogir - tip airport to hotel approx 18 euros by Uber & Uber to Trogir only 5-6 euros - cheaper than bus for 2 people - lovely restaurants along promenade on beach to left of hotel

Hotel is very good. Only thing that counts Down in evaluation is the surrounding building activities outside the hotel area. Sauna was also out of order for the one night stay.

Comfortable room overlooking the sea
Great sea view from comfortable bed, shower, eating area and roof top pool. Attentive, helpful staff and good breakfast offerings. One of the better accommodations on our 10 day trip! We had a late flight and were able to shower in spa area after check out. Only negative would be the use of particle board in several areas that made them look like they’re in construction. Easy to overlook and didn’t affect our stay which was very pleasant.

The property was in a convenient location, good parking and spa. The room layout was terrible, with an open plan from bed to bathroom. Difficult to not disturb partner and the lack of privacy was not great either. On the other hand, the view was amazing!

Hotel in general, incl. room and restaurant/breakfast is very good! The only downside to the experience is the lack of service from front desk.
When asking about directions, recommendations or help to rent bikes no help is given or the help given is incorrect.
The staff at the breakfast and restaurant how ever deliver above and beyond - especially Ni Made - she was a real highlight of our stay!

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They helped us arrange every flight, stored our luggage, helped us find things to do and even gave me a free birthday cake when they noticed it was my birthday! The pool is absolutely incredible— it has such a good view! The entire staff at black pepper are amazing—- so kind and friendly. Not to mention the food was incredible.
This location is close to the airport and marina—- perfect if you want to enjoy beach time out of split. There were, beaches, jet skis and restaurants a small walk away.
Definitely worth every penny
