Shangri-La Resort, Shangri-La
"Nice hotel, beautifully decoration in lobby and common areas. Rooms on the small side do Chinese standards, but good enough. Furniture for me was reaching its life limit for me, but comfortable indeed. Short on facilities (just one restaurant) and if you want to have a drink at the bar, the challenge is to find a waiter as they are the same attending the restaurant and they need to run for one end to the other. Waiters however, really nice and helpful"
Shangri-La Dala Pasture Hotel
"As a Golden Retriever lover, the four big fur babies were already a huge bonus for me! But focusing purely on the stay itself: Room: Very spacious, with stunning floor-to-ceiling windows that make sunrise and sunset absolutely beautiful. The automatic toilet, Dyson hairdryer, and Bose speaker were nice touches and feel appropriate for the price point. A couple of minor downsides: the large windows can make the room quite warm during strong daytime sun, and there’s no active ventilation system, so cooling relies on natural airflow. The three mountain rooms share one hot water system, so side rooms may need to run the water a bit longer before it heats up. Toiletries are basic but more can be provided upon request. Slippers run small, so bring your own if you wear above EU size 40. Facilities & Dining: The main lounge offers a wide variety of complimentary snacks and drinks. The on-site cooking is excellent — breakfast changes daily and can even be customized for longer stays, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a wonderful and peaceful getaway. If you’re looking to escape the city and unwind in nature, this is a great choice."

"Amazing stay, amazing staff, accomodations nicer than the photos "
Shangri-la Nine Shepherds Oxygen Retreat
"We were staying in this property last week and highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking for a 5 stars experience in Shangri-La Old Town. New modern design, the rooms are so clean, very nice stuffs, and you feel it like home. If you experience altitude sickness, oxygen will be provided in your room. Oxygen cylinders will be provided if you go outside for activities. Shopping and restaurants are near by at walking distance. It is very convenient to stay in this place, we would like to stay here again if we revisit the city in the future. Mr. Fu from Seattle"

"Excellent stay! We loved it."
La Villa De LEE.MOYE
"View and service were amazing. There is a bus station in front of the hotel parking from Lijiang old Town. The bus will stop at Tiger Leaping Gorge first, then ending at this hotel. We've spent a night here then took another bus direct to Shangri La the next day. "
Holiday Inn Express Shangri La by IHG
