Smiling and service minded staff. Great location. Short walk to the Old Town. Apartment had everything you need, but would be nice with a/c or another fan. Bed was not comfortable at all, and rather small for 2 people.

The apartments were everything we needed, very spacious, amble storage and seperate living, kitchen, bed and bath areas. The apartment was very clean and had many amenities we needed. It would have been 5 stars but the only thing that let it down was the mattress. It was so uncomfortable and noisy, you could hear and feel every spring so every move came with noise. We woke up everyday aching and had poor sleep. If they change the mattress it would be 5 star and would be perfect. Apartments were a great location to the centre, a 5 minute walk and you were in town, 10 min walk from Forum a huge shopping centre and groceries. Also a great price and handy to have use of spa, gym and pool etc. Didn't use the restaurant or breakfast but nice to have when self catering too. Thank you for our stay, we would come back!

The apartment was good enough for a few days stay, had most the amenities needed like a fan for hot weather. The kitchen was not very stocked but that was not an issue. Location was centre and use of the pool was nice.

Excellent apartment hotel with loads of facilities, located within a short walk of the Old Town and Quayside. The staff were great at both check in and check out, with facilities to leave your baggage after check out, for collection later in the day. With Gdansk being such a vibrant and interesting City, we never had time to use the Spa facilities within the Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Well equipped apartment in good distance to the city center and main attractions. Overall very comfortable. Nice view to the river. No coffee maker/pot that was promised. No room cleaning unless requested and paid extra - not an issue but something that should be flagged in the listing. Pool felt more like a big bathtub when 40+ are allowed in at the same time but the saunas were very nice and hot.

Rooms were clean, tidy and warm with decent facilities. The room was ready for us at 10am when we arrived which was a real bonus as we thought we couldn't check in whilst 4pm. Breakfast was a little busy but the food was nice, and the spa facility is great. A great stay and the staff are very helpful also...

The main living room was dirty under the couch and shelving unit had so much dust I had to vacuum and spot wash the walls ! It is a place that was furnished with Ikea everything ! Broke glass drying it !! No dish towels to dry or paper towels !! It has so much goopy stuff in the fridge hinges !! It has a great location !!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was well appointed, the bed very comfortable and going for breakfast was a joy as there were plenty of options of both hot & cold food. The dining area was cosy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would return to this property again. Easy to walk into the centre of Gdansk by the path along the river. Very enjoyable experience. Loved Gdansk....

Had a great time at the Grano Apartment. Pool was a great amenity to have access to. Just remember to bring your own towels provided at the property and reserve your times at spa front reception. The restaurant had great food when you need some food on a pinch. It was a short walk to the Gdansk centre and there was always a bolt scooter you could take if you felt tired of walking. Highly recommend staying here!
