This hotel is beautifully placed on the riverfront to sit and watch the world go by, with good quality food and drink. Gdansk is walkable from here, the markets, amber shops, historic/aquatic spots, shopping, both modern and local, the train station is around 15 minutes walk away, with easy connections to Sopot and beyond. I was travelling light so got the bus back to the airport for around £1.00. Amazing comfort in a central location, with its own spa!

Good hotel in a great location
The hotel is in a great location ,good atmosphere in the bar area at night ,the only negative is that the standard rooms are on the small side.We thought the be price if the hotel breakfast was a bit expensive at 84 ZLTY ,local cafes do a great breakfast at half the price.Taxi from the airport to hotel = 70 ZLTY ,whereas return cost 100 ZLTY.

Shocking service
Customer service is non existent. We arrived an hour earlier than usual check in time and was told to come back, asked if we could leave our bags somewhere and was told “if you must” I had to ask where the bag storage was and was told “you’ll find it” Asked to change rooms as the room we were allocated was directly in front of the lifts and next door to the spa therefore there was a lot of footfall outside our room and I was laughed at when asked to change rooms. It did show on hotels.com that there may be some mild disruption due to construction in the area but they didn’t state that the building work started every morning at 6am and the windows don’t seem to be double glazed, at all as you could hear every single thing. Adult only allocated times for the pool would be good as it was like a kids play area all day every day Hotel looks gorgeous and great location but that’s as far as it goes. Especially for a 4* hotel

Loves the location for walking to Old Town & dinner. However, the construction outside our hotel room window was loud. The sink wasn’t draining & backed up. Also, the air condition made a shrill high pitch noise when it kicked on (unbearable) & a loud clatter when going off. It kept waking us up so we had to turn it off but then it got warm & stuffy. Not a good night of rest at all.
