it was a great choice to spend one night in this hotel during my road trip in Turkey, Spacious rooms, so clean and feels like home. Really comfortable bed The staff are very friendly and speaks English. The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet, they don't have juice and omelet. Other than that the breakfast is just fine.

To sum up my experience, "The hotel was nice, but it didn't meet the five-star requirements. It seemed a bit old, and the rooms had a strong, stinky perfume smell. I asked the front desk for help on carrying my luggage to my room but he ignored and said we don’t have anyone to help. The decor didn't match the pictures and advertisements. However, the breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Overall, I'd rate it as a three-star hotel."

Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Otelin konumu gereği, Konya Yolu'nun, zaman içinde artmış olan olağanüstü trafiği günün her saatinde büyük bir fon gürültüsüne neden oluyor. Ancak bu açıdan otelin kendisiyle ilgili bir sorun görmedim. Çalışanlar genel olarak nazik ve yapıcı bir tutum içindeydiler. Resepsiyon ve temizlik personelini özellikle takdir ettim. Ancak maalesef kahvaltı salonundaki personel için aynı kanaate sahip değilim. Kahvaltının sabah 07:00'de başladığı bana yazılı ve sözlü olarak bildirildi. Ben de işim gereği mümkün olan en erken saatte kahvaltıya gitmek istediğim için 07:05'te kahvaltı salonuna gittim. Salonda o sırada görevli personel yoktu. Yalnızca yüzü giriş kapısına dönük, girişteki masada oturan, cep telefonuyla oynamaya dalmış bir şahıs vardı. Yanından geçip salona girdim. Varlığımı fark etmedi. Ben de kendisini müşteri zannettim. Yiyecekler büfeye dizilmiş, ancak servis kaşık veya çatalları yerleştirilmemişti. Bir tabak alıp kahvaltı tabağıma yiyecek almaya yeltendiğim zaman bunu uygun şekilde nasıl yapacağımı düşünmeye başladım. O sırada salona giren üniformalı bir mutfak görevlisi hızla servis çatal ve kaşıklarını dağıtmaya başladı. O âna kadar cep telefonuna dalmış olan kişi de telaşla yerinden kalkıp ona yardım etmeye başladı. O zaman onun da bir otel görevlisi olduğunu anladım. Üniformasız kişi, servis malzemesini dağıtırken, görevini yaptığını imâ etmek ister gibi sahte gülümsemeyle bana göz kırptı! Hayretler içinde kaldım.
