The place was very nice. Room was clean, spacious lovely. Staff were respectful and attentive. I didn't care for breakfast, it was alright but not to my liking. Wifi was a bit of a problem the second a d third day. I kept getting an error message stating my name and room number didn't match. All in all, the place was lovely and I will stay there again.

Our room was never cleaned. The bed was never made, and we had to get our own towels every night. (We were there for 3 nights total). The best part was the breakfast, and they were very kind and considerate. This may sound impossible to some, but we also went to the management every night this happened, and all three nights they said they would take care of it. So now they want to give us points. Stick the points, we will never go to this Fairfield in Lancaster again.
