Clean and spacious room. It is worth the extra $30 for the separate sofa/desk/TV seating area. Well stocked breakfast with plenty of selection, including hot and protein options. Friendly staff attending breakfast. Exercise room and pool.

The front desk staff especially Joel the night desk clerk were knowledgeable about the area and quite helpful. House keeping did a good job cleaning the room every morning. The breakfast staff did a great job keeping the hot food bowls full and went out of their way to help you.

the room was clean and neat but is getting tired. some floor mounding held in place with green duct tape as well as veneer. the breakfast area is in real need of updating. the kitchen lady was a sweetheart. the rug in dining area is really getting dirty and they have put slip covers the chairs as the vinyl is peeling off. food still good. overall staff was great.

6/10 Good

This is a nice well maintained property that we found to be clean and inviting. The breakfast is good, but not really great but plenty to eat and choose from to fill up before you’re off for the day. The swimming pool is very small and actually a little too short to actually swim laps, but a good place to get cooled off while splashing and playing around in the water. Our biggest complaint with this property, is the close location to the heavily traveled route 30. The truck traffic through this portion of Pennsylvania is quite heavy, and you can hear most of it from the forward facing rooms. So much so, we asked to be moved for our second night‘s stay, and the staff was kind enough to help us to move to a quieter room. The second room was quieter, but when the trucks would use their jack brakes, etc., it was still quite noticeable. Just take this into account if noise could be an issue for you!

8/10 Very good

Clean and quiet room, good AC, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. The only complaint is that they did not refill the body wash prior to our check-in and when we requested for a refill, we were informed that they had run out of body wash! We were given a very tiny soap bar instead.a

We loved our room. The studio worked out really well for us. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and laid out beautifully. The only thing missing was biscuits and gravy, but I told my hubby we were pretty far north for that to be offered. Staff in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. Lots of nice seating. Front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

The place was very nice. Room was clean, spacious lovely. Staff were respectful and attentive. I didn't care for breakfast, it was alright but not to my liking. Wifi was a bit of a problem the second a d third day. I kept getting an error message stating my name and room number didn't match. All in all, the place was lovely and I will stay there again.

Leeroy, the cook-plus, and Roberta, support kitchen staff, were absolutely amazing in their customer care and relevent skills. The right people in the right place at the right time! And Jaden, at the front desk, has excellent skills.

6/10 Good

Excellent location in Lancaster for close proximity to Sight and Sound, Outlets, Smorgasboards and more. Room was clean when we arrived. We left several towels on the floor to be replaced by clean ones, after we used the shower. The room was never serviced by housekeeping and wet towels remained all day. We actually had to go to the front desk later that evening to get towels. Receptionist was frazzled, as several rooms were not visited by housekeeping that day.
