Great little gem in the East end of Toronto
Great option if you want to stay in the East end of Toronto. Friendly staff, great rooftop bar and comfy rooms. My only but is the TV. Their Smart TV channel catalog is mediocre.

Mediocre
One of the three reataurants seemed to be permanently closed. The downstairs bistro had very overpriced, mediocre breakfast options and terrible service. The upstairs restaurant had a lot of snacks, but no substantial dinner options. The room (3rd floor) was claustrophobic with a very small window up by the ceiling - it felt like you were in a basement. Unfortunately, its the only hotel option in that part of the city.

Fabulous Boutique Hotel!
A fantastic smaller hotel - perfect for either business or pleasure! Rooms have a vinyl turn table and guests can access a library of records. Super comfortable beds, cute wallpaper, velvet curtains, and great bathrooms all create a very luxurious feel overall. The best of all though is the rooftop bar and restaurant - what a view and really great service. 100pc recommend a stay here!

Horrible over all.
When i checked in, the front desk said my room wasn't ready so they sat me in the restaurant, that front desk person went home and didn't tell the other one taking over that i was waiting. The tub in the room had hair clogging the drain. And if you're walking up to the hotel from public transit, there's no numbers on the doors so hard to tell where it is. The rooms wall paper and chair is outdated. The sinks don't work, the only source of water is the tub.

Didn't feel it's 4 stars hotel.
We didn't have a good or comfortable experience during our stay. The hotel is rated 4 stars, however, based on the price and the room we stayed, it didn't feel the value. There is a sign noting the floor we stay is quiet zone but the sound proof system is not good. We can hear every single noise and chat on the hallway through our room. The room felt a bit outdated, paint came off here there, the cabinet door knobs were broken, it's pretty dusty. The bathroom shower system didn't work well the 1st night, the shampoo bottle was empty. 2nd night, no toilet paper were refilled. No any hooks on the wall in the entire room and only 1 in the bathroom. They also only provided the packet coffee without any creamers as this is 4 stars hotel. When we returned to the room 2nd evening, there was a really bad smell on the hallway which carried into our room for several hours.

Did not know when booking the room, hotel had weddings both nights of my stay. Room was in with the wedding guests. No other room available. Very noisy. Too much going on for a small hotel to manage well.

Love the vintage look and feel
This hotel was beautiful. I loved the vintage feel of the whole place. The rooftop bar was pretty but the drinks prices were ridiculous. Drink wasn’t that great either. I would stay again but go to the taco place down the street cause your restaurant wasn’t even open.
