Excellent room and friendly staff
We were very pleased with our comfy big room, and friendly service. We arrived after the reception had already been closed, but access to keys was easy and made our check-in very convenient. Breakfast was simple nyt tasty. We would gladly come again!

Mein Zimmer war direkt neben Eingangstür und Rezeption. Von der Toilette bis zur Rezeption wenige Schritt entfernt. Habe jedes kommen und gehen mitbekommen und jedes Gespräch der rauchenden vor dem Eingang. Da ich auf Geschäfsreise war, war das am zweiten Tag sehr ungünstig. Zweite Nacht war leise. Aber kein warmes Wasser. Zimmer war sehr spartanisch ausgestattet aber sehr sauber und sehr ordentlich.

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Alles was man brauch in der Nähe. SBahn Station in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Zustand der Zimmer ist Top. Modernes Bad und genug Platz. Preis Leistung ist hier einfach sehr gut. Zu 100% zufrieden. Immer gerne wieder.

Little gem of a hotel.
We do not know the Harburg-Hamburg area well, and only booked this hotel because it was near to my sister's home, just a short bus ride. We were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the hotel, and the fair value of the breakfast options. Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms would make it an ideal place to stay. We will stay here in future when visiting our family members.

Schönes Hotel aber die Lage ist nicht so klasse
Mein Zimmer lag direkt an dem Flur in dem auch die Rezeption ist. Ein Wechsel war auf Anfrage nicht möglich. Super sauber, bequeme Betten. Hätte gern 1 Handtuch im Bad für die Hände mehr gehabt. Und ohropax für die Gäste wäre noch ein +gewesen. Freundliches Personal. Trotz entsprechender Dämmung war der Güterzug der wirklich oft fuhr zu hören. Nebenan ist direkt ein Saal für türkische Hochzeiten. Bis auf die Lage ein tolles Hotel das Zental liegt. Aber Zimmer 2 finde ich als Gast nicht empfehlenswert aufgrund der dichte zur Rezeption.
